      Wilburn's mother is Elizabeth (Murphy) Conner, who was born ca.. 1803 in Georgia.
      Elizabeth died in 1861 in Pike Co., Alabama. After Wilburn's father (John Conner)
      died in 1840, Elizabeth married Hugh Gilmore, Sr.; and later married Henry
      Golden. Elizabeth's father was William B. Murphy, who died 7/6/1818 in Hancock
      County, Georgia.
      Wilburn is shown on the 1840 Pike County, Alabama Census (Page 31, with his
      mother and the rest of the family). Wilburn is also shown on the 1850 Pike
      County, Alabama Census, Page 251, Line 19, Household 1585.

      Wilburn married Sarah Tressie Roundtree on 12/15/1857 in Pike County, Alabama (Book
      of Marriages, Page 469). Sarah was born in 1838 in Georgia. Sarah's father is
      Jesse P. Roundtree-born in Georgia or North Carolina or South Carolina, and her mother is Delphia Lawson
      Roundtree-born in Georgia. (Sarah's father may be A. W. Roundtree.)
      Wilburn, his wife Sarah, and the first 6 children, are on the 1870 Pike County,
      Alabama (P. O. Perote) Census dated 6/14/1870 (Page 10, Lines 25-32).

      Wilburn, his wife Sarah, and children: Ella, Sarah, John, James, Jesse, Stracy,
      George, Martha, "Oceola", and Lorman P.(Probably a grandson instead of a son;
      Probably Ella's son, with a Last Name of Overstreet---Lorman P. Overstreet is
      #777 and Ella J. Conner Overstreet is #742) are on the 1880 Pike County, Alabama
      Census dated 6/5/1880.
